Steve has served as an elder at Northside since 2004. He and his wife Kay have 2 children and 3 grandchildren.
Cecil Taylor
Shepherd
Cecil has served as an elder at Northside since 2012. He and his wife Nancy have 2 children & 4 grandchildren.
Allan Lay
Minister
Allan Lay was born and raised in the Tulsa area of Oklahoma. He received his education from Oklahoma Christian University in Edmond, Oklahoma, and the Bear Valley Bible Institute, in Denver Colorado. He is currently working on his graduate studies. He is married to Jeanne Parker Lay, They have four children.
Allan served the Owasso congregation for 20 years and as the Director of the Owasso School of Biblical Studies for 11 years. Allan is a certified instructor for the “Ambassadors for Christ” and conducts youth rallies, gospel meetings, and abstinence training throughout the United States.

Jeff, Carrie and Davin joined the Northside family Jan. 1st, 2018. They previously served the Southern Christian Children’s Home in Morrilton, AR for over 5 years. They are committed to helping families overcome life’s obstacles and find the love, grace and peace our Lord provides. Jeff is a 2011 graduate of the Southwest School of Bible Studies in Austin, TX.
